It’s an art form, a dance, No magic set point, no auto pilot.
A reminder that only change and challenge are certain.
Collaborators are the tailors who weave the fabric, sew the seams, make/mend/repair.
Collaborators are the plumbers and pipe fitters who measure and manage the flow of energy and movement.
Collaboration is what I continue to re-search and experience. Collaboration creates capacity.
